We had shiraz essop handling our sale of the house he told us on tge offer to purchase that the buyers have allready been approved by the bank and that its all a done deal then on the day we had to sign we noticed that he took a 10% commission when i called him to find out why so mutch he said that he round it off to cover the 15% vat after i found out he is not vat registered even he then apologized and made the commission 7.5% and said he will cover the 15% vat out of hes own pocket after we even told him we know he is not vat regestered he then went silent for 2 weeks. We contacted hes lawyers and they informed us that the buyers can not afford the bond anymore and that shiraz was suppose to inform us as he knew abiut what is going on when i call him he does not answer when i measage him de reads but does not reply i will not recommend any one to deal with them they will ripp you off and ***** your money worst service i have ever experienced STAY AWAY!!
