extremely bad service

World wild Property broker is so unprofessional and very inconveniencing. I rented an Apartment at Dalgrade Dalpark Boksburg, from the 1st of October 2018 to the end of February 2019. I signed a 12months contract under unforeseen circumstances I had to move out because I couldn't stay there as I lost my job.

On the contract signed it stipulate that should you move out you need to serve a 20 days’ notice and the refund will be paid back to you, provided nothing is damage if any damaged occur they will deduct from the deposit. to date I have not yet received my refund after moving out on the 22/02/2018 and served my 20days notice.

I have been liaising with the lady called Melissa from the broker she kept giving me vague information that the landlord will call me with regards to the deposit to date I haven't received my deposit. she's not responding to my messages and phone calls and emails.
