I paid for and placed an online order with this business on 26 August. When I followed up a week later I was told that due to COVID there is a 3 week wait as the item ships from overseas. On the 14 September I was told the item is at customs in Jhb. On the 6th Oct I got an email to say that the business owner had travelled overseas to secure more stock (as lockdown eased) and the order would be shipped in a weeks time. I am now still waiting for my refund, which I have requested repeatedly. All communication has stopped. Upon investigation, the business has just a business address on the website but no contact phone number. Contact can only be made via email.
