No annual tax issued by e-mail without begging for it.

I have been a regular sposnor for many years.Up until approximately 2 to 3 years ago I used to serve my tax certificate of contribution without being prompted by me. My e- mail address has never changed for the the entire time I have been sponsoring a child via World Vission. In the past three months I have had to request copies of my Tax Certificate and receive same without any apology. I am now at the point that I have requested the Tax Certificate until February 2018 and despite two e-mails nothing has been sent back to me. I think it may possibly time to move onto another NPO to regularly donate to. You have my Partner ID and my personall ID and my e-mail address: plse send me my tax certificate. Based on the speed with which your staff respond and provide same to me I shall then consider contnuing my donations.
