World ventures *******

i joined world ventures and it was not explained that upon wanting to travel i would have to pay the full amount. i thought they would take from what ive paid and i only pay the difference. this was my 40th birthday present - experience. upon wanting to make bookings i find this out after paying almost R700 for 10 months. this experience totally ruined my birthday. they even refuse to refund me. i want my money back World ventures. i paid and did not use your services.
