World ventures Just want to gain money from members

My husband joined world ventures 3months Ago and we decided that we do not want to be part of World ventures any Longer. I sent an email to cancel the membership i paid 2installments and now being told that they cannot refund me how is this possible we never used any benefits we never made use of any of ur services how many other people haveu ripped of like this u gaining the worlds money and we end up loosing. Wow what a **** company to deal with.. Im taking this further
