Pathetic Financial Service and Customer Service

Customer service takes more than a week at a time to respond to emails. Phone calls that goes on for more than 20 minutes with no outcome. Deducts my money without authorisation. Deducts more money than authorised. Financial System is outdated and even with facts they defend their side. *********. *******.
