First of all they don't want to pay my refund. I ended my membership within the same month I joined, I don't want to take their stupid discounted trips, non of their trips are ever fully covered by the points, they put a limit of points towards every trip. Funny enough No One ever mentions this when they want to sign you up, false advertising. I haven't used the points that I paid for and I'm supposed to be reimbursed for it when I cancel my membership and all I got was the 14 days have passed, so what happens to my points that I paid for???. The call center is ****, No One answers the calls or even return your calls, I don't know why these stupid people were granted permission to trade in our country!!!!
