No reply no refund

I joined World Ventures a month ago. After two weeks I wanted to cancel my membership and get a refund on my joining fee. My team leader told me it was impossible. According to World Ventures policy, you get a refund when you cancel within 12 days of joining. This I came to know after I have been with them for a month, so the team leader told me a blatand lie to keep me on the team. I have been emailing World Ventures asking for a refund and I get no reply.
