What service should be like

I am new to your organization and recently booked a mid week holiday, not being to sure how your system operated I got into all sorts of a mess with my booking.<br> I must report that your booking agent Sammantha Futcher handled my booking experience like a true professional,and eventually had me booked up with what we hope will be a memorable mid week holiday.<br> I have been associated to holiday clubs for many years and have never received any better service than that of Sammantha,she is a excellent asset to your company.<br> Regards<br> Christy Du Toit
