I am also a fellow reader of this site and would have joined in the negative comments until....<br> As an avid traveler I decided to put your company to the test and I was disappointed with the outcome, I could see similar rates on the internet.<br> A Travel Consultant patiently handled my heated conversations on this matter, after lots of back and forth between us, and a rather embarrassing lesson learnt, I realized that what you initial see on flight and hotel costs on the internet, quickly escalates the further you go into the booking process, making it a nightmare to get a price that you initially thought you would get. All is not always as it seems!<br> After a rather frustrating experience trying to book my own American itinerary and beating your prices, I admit that I am 3 days down, at least 14 phone calls wasted, and far beyond the price you quoted. As an educated man, I stand corrected, this lesson in travel saved me R20000 plus.<br> <br> Thank you to the patient Travel Staff, next time I will come straight to you...!! <br>

This is a situation that happens quite often, you not alone. The internet is a tricky place and everyone is offering prices that looks great at first glance, but when you actually start the process to get that prices, things can change very quickly and the price you have seen is no longer available, all of a sudden the flight that looks so good is not available anymore, but the next best one is available and the price differs tremendously, or taxes that you never heard of before is added! Same with accommodation, sorry the price you see is for a room facing the next building, excluding service fee and much more.
The prices we quote from the start includes everything and no nasty surprises afterwards!
We are very glad that we could save you so much on your holiday and we will continue for many years to come.
