Friendly service despite cancellation of contract

Despite some complaints on this site, I would like to report the excellent treatment we received from this company even though we had to cancel the contract. We received a follow-up call the day after we cancelled and the funds were returned within the 15 day period stipulated by the consumer act. Throughout we received friendly and courteous service and we were contacted regularly to report on the progress. We appreciate it.
