Water damaged watch due to bad workmanship

At the beginning of august my husband got his glass on his guess watch replaced. Watch was water resistant

After my husband had a bath, water got in the watch & has now rusted.

The lady in the store told me that someone should have told me that the watch is no longer water resistant once they change the glass/ battery

We were not informed of this when we collected the watch after the repair

I am now sitting with a rusted watch & world tim machine does not take any responsibility for their shoddy workmanship/ lack of informing the customer

Very bad service & attitude
