Quote Accepted - Breach

On 22 April 2015 I went into World Time Machine Cresta and asked for a quote on a particular watch. About 30 mins later I received a call (which is recorded), from the shop with the quote. I accepted the quote and asked for the sales rep to place the order. I went back to the shop about 2 hours later and was told that the price was actually R2000 more. Unacceptable. It's simple: your quote/offer was accepted. Honour the agreement.
