Great Service from Sub-Contractor picking up pieces for Telkom and their poor service.

<p>As a result of poor service from Telkom / Open Serve, I was forced to report the issue here on Hello Peter. Telkom outsourced the issue to Hugo from <strong>World Tel Contractors - ********** . </strong> They arrived within 2 hours of receiving the query, dealt with it in a very professional manner. After numerous contacts with me (the client) over the next 24hrs, they were able to resolve the problem - properly. I highly recommend them and suggest that Telkom treat them like gold.
