Zero support when it comes to making withdrawals.

All went smoothly until I wanted to make a withdrawal. I was told to update my banking details. Did just that, but each time I try to make a withdrawal I am prompted to submit my Fica details again. I have done so numerous times but get stuck on this step. I have sent multiple support emails to them, but haven't received any reply as yet.
