WSB TERRIBLE SERVICE

Complete *******, I won R1600 on Friday 25th July. The site kept crashing as soon as I tried to upload my FICA documents. I got an email saying it was successfully uploaded saying that its being processed. To this day its still being processed. I tried emailing again for follow ups and haven't recieved any correspondence. It's funny how there's never issues when they want deposits, yet when it comes to claiming my first win I feel ****med. I've never had an issue or delay like this on any other platform.
