Wsb lie

You send a standard letter to say that I actually owe you money. You could not even see the error on your system for 6 months, how was I suppose to see that. I send a personal email to Ryno as well as numerous emails to the risk management team, but the did not respond. The problem is that you let me look like a *****, but how could you let people bet on something for 6 months before you decide that was a mistake. People must be carefull, your system is full of problems and if the person do not let you know about the problem you stop their account
