WSB FICA and withdrawal nightmare

I've had the account fod a year now but I am still unable to withdraw when I play and win. That is because the FICA process is impossible.

I even wrote an email regarding this but I just received notification with a ticket number and a promise that someone will get back to me. I am still waiting.

I guess you can only play and wil but mevet reap your winnings.

What a terrible customer care😠
