WSB Always got VIP treatment, but now?

I have been a client for many years. Always received VIP treatment from them, until now. Saturday, 5th December, i deposited R246 and started playing on the horses (which i always do). I played a swinger, spent R20, and won R3,965.50. Keeping to their rule, that you must first spend what you deposited, i made sure that i had spent more than R246. Once i had reached this, i requested a withdrawal of R3,500 (eft). I left some money, in the account, and continued to play. I made a further withdrawal of R500 (cashsend). On Sunday i made some more bets, on the horses, and made another 2 further withdrawals of R500 (cashsend) each. This morning i noticed that these withdrawals had not been processed yet. After various emails, i first received a reply that it was still being audited. This i understand, as is normal practice. Then i received an email stating that my account was under review. I emailed and asked why this was being done, as i have always stuck to their t&c's. I received a reply that it was being audited (again) and they apologized for the "longer than normal" delay. As you will notice, i still give them 4/5 stars. Once this issue has been favourably resolved, i will once again give them 5/5.
