This company needs to be investigated, their website has glitches and issues which does not allow a player to win, it keeps freezing and most recently you could not access the games, their loyalty program is not what it seems after spending thousands they will advise your account does not qualify for rewards which is lies, their games can be seen glitching out and they only advise that we sorry for your experience, the Agents that should assist you are not equipped to handle any questions that you have regarding the websites issues, I honestly wish they can be investigating the issues some of these sites have and how it affects players payouts
