World sports betting the worst !!!

I did a withdrawal of R1000 over 24hrs ago via Absa cash send. They sent the sms with 10 digit number and no pin. I called them several times and no explained the new process or rather new pin. I called again today then one lady mention that the ref number of 7 digits is actually the pin. I went to the atm and still, it.did not work after several attempts. I called back again and requested that the funds be reversed into the wsb account so I can withdraw using eft rather, now i have to pay a penalty fee for requesting it as if it's my fault. This is very pathetic because I would have spent R1000 when I'm done.
