WORLD SPORTS BETTING SKELEM

On the 11May of this month I've received a birthday promotion from WORLD SPORTS BETTING because it was my birthday and they credited my online account with a R50 as my birthday gift..... Well that exact same day I took that R50 and went and Bet it on a boxing match of MONEY MAYWEATHER And I betted the hole R50 on Mayweather the bet went through it showed success!!

Well yesterday when I logged on again and to my surprise I won the bet and I won R500....Well they sent me the results but they haven't credited my account with my winnings.....

I went online chatting with one of the agents so I asked why I haven't received my R500 win and the agent told me that the R50 I received for my birthday was for me to to only bet or use on the CARD GAMES not on SPORTS and I said that I don't recall seeing anything about Only for the use of CARD GAMES and if it was only for that purpose why did my bet on the Sporting games go through as success??

Well she couldn't answer me instead she than loaded my account with R100 and I refused and I said I don't want it I want my R500 that I won and she reserved the R100 and told me that she made a mistake she only saw now that I didn't win R500 I won a refund and she refund my account with R50 again now....
