World Sports Betting. No customer focus

I am busy closing my account with this organisation. I made a deposit of R2500 so that I could place a bet that I fancied. They then decided that they had made an 'obvious error' This is there 'get out of jail free card'. If they offer odds that they later regret, they can basically welch on the bet. You think you have level playing fields? You don't. They can renege under their Ts and Cs. I appealed their decision to welch based on good faith and customer service, to no avail. Then to make matters worse, when I tried to close the account and withdraw the R2500 that I no longer needed in the account because they welched, they wanted to charge me 5% as I had not turned it over. Whilst I am happy that they quickly agreed to waive the 5% on this occasion, they are adamant that they stick to their get out of jail free, obvious error clause, even though they cannot point to why this is an obvious error. ZERO PR or customer skills. Go elsewhere. Plenty of other bookies online in SA
