World sports betting is lying

Monthly I can't wait to claim, receive my monthly loyalty voucher as I throw away alot of money on this site. This morning I wake up to my surprise with a nice voucher. Now I try to claim it and i get an response, that the voucher expired. This came as such an shock to me, I am now very negative. Please allocate my voucher to my account asap.
