World Sports Betting blocking withdrawals

I have been a loyal client of world sports betting for years. I deposited yesterday, no vouchers or promotions involved. They have a playthrough, equal to the deposit amount. I have already gone about 5 times beyond this requirement, but still the withdrawal says that i need another R5 bet. I have sent various emails, not a response from them. Even their chat box comes up, but you cannot enter your problem. It is blocked. The service is absolutely none existant!!
