Avoid using WSB, these are ******, on several occasions I electronically deposited money to their account and never reflected. On my last occasion 27th June 2024 a payment went through my bank via Ozow, up until now 8th July nothing happened, I emailed my bank statements 3 time and had a chat with numerous customer agents who all said it says “Pending Investigation “ on their system. I don’t think I will ever get my money from WSB just have to delete my account and forget about these ******.
