I completed all wagering requirements and was told I couldn't withdraw my money until I made a minimum deposit of R50 and i also have to play out the entire R50. I then proceeded to purchase an OTT voucher for R50 and after loading it, selected a random game and spent the R50. I then proceeded with the withdrawal request exactly 5 hours ago and when I tried to login to check the progress of the withdrawal, my account has been closed and they are refusing to refund me the same way I made the deposit to them.
