World sport betting ****s

Most useless betting platform. I have used them in the past and stopped because of how rediculous their service is. For the past year I have been using hollywoodbets and betway without any issues. So problem arises when on my birthday I received an email from wsb saying that I have a birthday gift voucher. To my surprise I felt happy thinking that wsb would be so kind. I placed a bet and won R200 and decided to withdraw it and that's when the " terms and conditions" came out which doesn't even make sense at all. They initially refused to pay the money and said that there was a security threat and that they needed me to provide them via email with my number because they failed to get hold of me via phone call which I never received. Anuway I obliged and emailed them my phone number and somebody phoned me back the next day stating that they needed me to answer some security questions before processing the withdrawal as there seem to be a security issue. So I answered the questions and the lady told me to go ahead and process the withdrawal again and that she would approve it. Next day I received another email stating that I cannot withdraw the money because I haven't deposited any money and betted with them during the last year. I mean so what's the point of sending me a voucher if you knew I wasn't interested in your service? You basically just proved why I can't trust you and validated my reason for leaving your platform in favour of hollywoodbets and betway. Besides that I have spent money previously betting with wsb and weren't happy with their service and odds hence the reason for leaving the platform. But anyway I just want to advise others to stay away from them as they are ****s and hide their terms and conditions. No way on their explanation of how the birthday voucher works on their website do they state that you have to have traded atleast R100 in the "PAST YEAR". They just stated that you needed to have traded R100 prior to qualify, which I have done but 2 years ago. They just proved why they are unreliable. Zero stars recommendation if I had the choice
