World sport betting are krooks!!!

These guys are such krooks.. After being a loyal customer for many years they treat u like they dont need u, we lose we dont complain but when we win, they taking our money.they don't reply to your complains ntn.when i made a diposit, they mistakenly credit it twice and than they took out their money,that was fine, i understand but now everytime i deposit my money and play and win, they cancel my withdrawal and take my winnings for the same thing... No this is not fair. U guys are krooks!!! Someone pls help me with taking this matter up to the gambling board pls
