Poor customer service

I have made a ewallet fnb withdrawal from the allocated bonus on Friday of R1800, then I cancelled the payment as I realised that the registered SIM card was no longer active. When I checked my WSB account the money didn't reflect back, I tried to talk to agents via website and they told me the IT department were still trying to fix it. Since from Friday till Monday no feedback from them even when I contact them more than 3 times a day. Yesterday (Monday) I contacted them via Facebook, no reply. Today(Tuesday) morning I contacted them again no reply until I commented on their post, at first they deleted the comment. I commented again and threatened to review them on hellopeter, that's when they rep**** my texts via Direct Message on Facebook only for them to tell me they have sent the money that I cancelled. They said it was sent on Saturday, even though I have cancelled that withdrawal, whenever I try to contact via call I am put on hold. They don't want to reverse this ewallet. I'm deeply disappointed in WSB honestly, they have terrible customer service and they have lost me as their client
