Withdrawals not processing

WSB has become a problem when it comes to withdrawals. When you deposit it's very quick and efficient but withdrawals have become a nightmare. This is my 3rd week of trying to withdraw on weekends and the experience is bad, Tried calling them several times today they dont even pick calls, their whatsapp is online but dont attend to queries.
