Withdrawal issue

I won R3000 and took it out via standard bank instant money,I received both voucher number and pin code but when I go to withdraw the money it says money is already taken out,I call them and they advised me to go to standard bank of which I did,it shows the money was taken out in Gauteng and I stay in Durban KZN,they tell me they cannot help me as it the details were sent to my number I requested proof of this as this is clearly ***** and ofcause an inside job which they do not care yet we making them rich,this is most pathetic online gambling service ever,I request to be contacted by someone higher in charge who is interested in getting this resolved as it may affect more people
