Withdraw WSB

Terrible site ever since WSB updated their website l somehow lost my old account had to re-register again on top of that l can't withdraw my winnings it keeps on saying submit your missing which l did and still l can't withdraw. I've been trying to resolve the issue with the agent online and they're the worst they leave you hanging with no feedback
