With held deposit money

I made a deposit on 29th August of R20, which I frequently do. With this transaction, it wouldn't credit to my account. I enquired with the staff member T, who refused to credit my account after sending proof of payment and then tells me I need to make an additional R30 deposit before he can credit my account as the minimum deposit for EFT is R50. I asked how and since when this is the case as I have even made a R10 eft deposit. Please allocate my deposit money ASAP
