Very unprofessional

I experience a problem with my withdrawal with wsb I won R20000 tried to withdraw and I couldn't I had to upload my fica documents which I uploaded them and they approved my documents tried to withdraw to my bank account still I couldn't withdraw my money I called in and they told me an email was sent to me received the email saying I should continue playing for R2230 to be able to withdraw funds from my world sports betting account I played on for the amount the I was given tried withdrawing from my account was then able to with my phone made some problems so I logged into my sister phone to complete my withdrawal I than withdraw the money out of my account so I logged out after withdrawing the money than I received an email saying I have linked account or a duplicate account with wsb which I only have this account with wsb that now has been suspended without getting any of my money in the account contact them via email all they replying is that my account is permanently closed I would like to know what is gonna happen with my money in the account they have closed
