Very bad withdrawal service

I made a withdrawal on monday till today i am still waiting.when trying to chat via their app no respons.i just want you to know some of us depend on the money.i don't have airtime to call you and i am also been hospoted to write.why me though my friends always withdraw with no problem.please help
