Unpaid withdrawal

Made a withdrawal of R400 ón the 25th of July next thing my account was closed but I eventually got assisted in reactivating it but I never received my withdrawal and I have communicated with the in all channels but don't get assisted, I called they said they are looking into my problem and will call me back but I never received any calls till today.
