Unpaid promotions winnings

I won R200 airtime on 2022-12-25 on scratch and win, 8x R50 vouchers , R20 and R10 vouchers on Festive promo from the same day to 2023-01-03 but none were credited into my account. I enquired about them from xmas and got different explanation about the "delay" . I spoke to their consultant Lindiwe who made empty promises as well as Lerato Makgaka who denied my winnings on scratch and win and went as far as sending me a statement with the history of xmas missing unfortunately for her i had a statement saved on my side. When i sent the one i had, she was quiet for almost half an hour and when she returned the tune had changed, she like the other consultants asked for my contact number and Network provider and then "the airtime will be loaded automatically" whereas the others including Lindiwe said i will be contacted by the relevant department for the winnings but none ever materialized. Lerato Makgaka went as far as telling me the department to pay my winnings has not been available and that means that department was not available from xmas 2022-12-25 to 2023-01-03 but even today 2023-01-05 no one from World Sports Betting has made any contact or paid my winnings. She turned and said the festive promo only pays for one winning whereas it was still open and gave me the option to play and i kept on winning. I was never aware that the site is a complete ****.
