Tickets showing paid out but balance did not increase

This the unteenth time that I'm not assisted, I have 2 winning tickets that shows its paid out buy my balance has not increased by the winnings, after numerous emails and screen shots of my balance and request for a statement from the balance before the tickets were paid out. Still no assistance and now automatic responses are saying ticket is unavailable
