I regret opening an account with them yesterday with the endless issues and being treated like a ******** for opening an account with them and depositing money, only to be told that my account has been selected for a "random security check", this random security check only came about when money was deposited into my account, if this random security check was enforced across all clients why was my account no flagged prior to my R2000 deposit?

Now its more than 48 hours later and this money is still sitting in this account unusable! After promptly sending them every requested documentation and requested information this issue is still not resolved.

After endless phone calls and time consuming emails nobody at WSB feels my business to them is important. They are prolonging the whole experience and treating me like some kind of ******** like I am opening a ********** account, yet all my fica documents which where authenticated was submitted to them.
