They send me a voucher that's been redeemed already

I withdraw via Absa cash send, got the code, by the time I got to the ATM, the first attempt it's say the voucher has been redeemed already, so I tried again thinking maybe I made a mistake, same thing, I made contact with them no help I have to still spend my money going to the bank hoping they will help me.
