TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A ONCE GREAT COMPANY

Been using this betting platform for over 5yrs and it was so great but now they've really gone down the drain with their customer service, I made a deposit last month and its still not reflecting, after chatting to several agents on their website im more frustrated by their service than the missing funds, even sending POP did not help.
