Terrible customer service

This is the worst service you will ever get and there support team doesn't help at all . I made a deposit on Tuesday the 6 of May 2025 for R500. But it didn't go thru . I made over 20 deposits on that day and I have my bank statement to prove it . But no one has got back to me , I tired talking to someone on there live chat and this person says all deposits where paid . So where did my money go . I lost over R10 000 this week and they still want to also ***** my money. This is terrible service. I don't recommend anyone to use site . If I don't get my money back by end of this week I will take further action. *****ing from your customers is not a good way to do business.
