Take money but wont cash out, DONT TRUST

I have been trying to Rica my account with them for a week now and all they do is decline mostly with no reason, I have sent various documents but still cannot Rica.

Also send to there direct help line, no reply. Same with Rica e-mail.

I will take it further to the gambling board if there is no response here which i see never happens from them. ANOTHER alarm.
