Stop Robbing People of the right to Details and their money

There was a deposit of R30,000 into the account .This did not reflect and adjust the balance . We have asked them for a statement to reflect that the balance was adjusted and 3 weeks now still waiting .They claim they had technical issues yet do not want to show proof .All we want is the proof which they cannot provide .That is theft unless they can prove via their own statement that the funds was adjusted into the account which they have failed to prove .THEFT
