World sports betting decided to do a random security check on me for 10 days and eventually sends me an email saying that I breached their T&C’s with my betting . WHICH I HAVE NEVER DONE. I bet solely on my own and now they decide to not pay any of my money back.
I withdrew R4000 before they did this and now they counting that the R3000 I deposited includes which I withdrew. Which is doesn’t !!! They owe me R7000 .
This is considered ******.
I’m taking this further. They can’t treat people like this. They have this platform for people to bet and set up stupid rules that they can take your money whenever they want. *****ING this is.
Disgusting customer service and company as a whole.

Please liase with our risk team on your claims (***) and you are always welcome to go to the Gauteng gambling board who is the legal authority we report to. If they rule in your favor, post on a platform like HP. However we would advise not doing so until such time.
