Still unhappy

So after my numerous complaints about hollywood bets today i received a phone call from an agent who basically did her job by saying gambling isnt guaranteed and that the problem is we should be palying different games or depositing smaller amounts etc i asked her how is it possible to be such a long time player with huge deposits and not once have i hit a big win on any game as soon as you change your bets to R200 a spin the game starts lagging she says that other people play and there is lagging but its not hollywood bets thats the problem and then went on and on she then went on to say that im welcome to take it up further even with my video and i said thank you she is after all just doing her job but the thought remains of how is it possible there aee REAL WINNERS on this site.
