Shocking system error which lead to system changing my bets and me losing as a result ,

I have been with them for a decade or more and routinely have issued either tech issue or erroneous behaviour on their end and mistakes they make either in service or their platform I have received multiple vouchers to compensate for their errors But today I am seething with anger , I have completely been ****** by them and it's just so hard to stomach and the worst part is they not looking at what I am raising from a logical or behaviour perspective. They refuse to believe their system is wrong and this people is why you should never join world their back end IT support and infrastructure is a real issue . You can have issues on any one type of thing so you can't really trust them

Today I was playing roulette, I literally have the same pattern I use for a long while now, I played a spin and number 13 came but I wasn't credited with my winnings When I raised this about 15 to and from emails between us they absolutely insist that their system is correct. . I placed the bet saw where my chips were and was expecting the winnings which never came When I raised this their response was that I didn't play 13 and they provided system screenshots showing 13 wasn't covered this is incredibly incorrect as I always play 13, and instead it shows I played 19 and 20 which are 2 numbers I never play. I asked them to do a sample for 2000 spins to show me how many instances I played 19 no response , the numbers I lay do not include 19 and 20 but according to their history for this one spin I did play 19 and 20 I explained that from what I can see the system shifted my bets down so what was on 13 went to 16 what was on 16 went to 19 what was on 17 went to 20 I know what I play and what numbers I selected and 19 and 20 were not one of them So now they just pushing. Back that their glorious system says I don't play 13 , I asked them to take a sample of 1000 spins and show me how many cases they can illustrate i played 19 no response

So they have effectively ******/******/cheated me properly

You can't trust their site to may holes and issues be safe and don't use them there are many many other gaming companies to choose from Don't pick this one where the system can be fundamentally flawed and the staff and support only have one response the system says this , they refuse to consider that their system was wrong I am extremely annoyed and frustrated and cheated they stole my money clear as day If you want to be totally at the mercy of haphazard platform them use WSB else I strongly recommend using another site I have looked at my history and actually it was more than one spin that was affected the system recorded bets not based on where I placed them You can't trust their platform Use at you own peril
