Rude support

I am very disappointed with the services I get from South African world sport bet. On Friday I used their site to do my bet for Powerball. I have selected ithuba lottery to bet and the system was hanging, all of a sudden I say that my money in the account was decreased, so when I check I saw that the system actually submitted my bet 3 times. I sent email to support at worldbet where they have told me they cannot assist me because they dont support national lottery. What frustrated me more it was when I click on ticket history my bets was not showing at all. On Saturday the 1st if August I checked again still was not showing, then I send email again to support team at worldbet, they sent me a message that my ticket was inactive for more than 30 days and I should log another one. I then requested that my account should be closed because I was not getting any help from them. Later in the afternoon I received call from the lady by the name of Michelle, she wanted to know my story, I explained to her then she said to me they can't assist if it is national lottery, I asked her who will assist because there is no where in the website that says they are not responsible for national lottery queries or point us to what we should do when expecting problems. She then said to me she can see ticket history in my profile for the 31st so I must check and she is able to assist me. I went and try to logon and saw that my account was closed. Then I sent her email to say my account is closed and she never respond back to my emails. After receiving email from Michelle saying she is busy with my request Then I saw email from rude Jay saying he has closed the account and if I have the problem I should take it up with lottery. Another thing that I complained of was I was not getting emails notifications when betting and again all of a sudden after my complain I received emails notification with my bets. For me it looks like Hay was dogy with something here, obviously he could see her colleague was assisting then he decided to close the account to fade evidence
